New This Year - 2007
Many thanks to the participants and viewers of the AIM Media Project live webcast. We continue to improve the live webcasts. This year will see a tremendous amount of new movies added to the multimedia archives as well as expanded live coverage of community programming. Our webcast formats are changing to meet the needs of our diverse listeners - Mpeg-4 is now used on the AIM Web TV live webcast (channel 2) and we will soon be switching the AIM Web Radio channel to streaming AAC (also know as Mpeg-4, MPEG4 or MP4) format. We are looking forward to many incredible live shows., as well as vastly expanding the current AIM playlist and continuing to provide the webcasts in the newest broadcast codecs.
